What is Goat & Gather?
- It’s a small-group wellness experience that blends mindfulness, connection, and goats. Expect a little movement, a little reflection, and a lot of goat magic. It’s not therapy, just good, grounding fun.
- Nope! Goat & Gather is a wellness offering, no diagnoses, no clinical work. Just time to breathe, connect, and leave feeling lighter (and maybe a little furrier).
- Typically 60 minutes. That includes time to settle in, meet the goats, and enjoy a structured but gentle group experience. More time can be scheduled for an additional fee.
- Groups are capped at 6 to keep things calm and intentional. Want to book something larger? We can collaborate with Full Circle Farm to make it happen.
- Closed-toed shoes and comfy, farm-appropriate clothes.
